At 423 square meters, you could put two standard tennis courts together and Roxy Xtreme will still be bigger in size. Crystal-clear laser projection, heart-pounding surround sound and the most comfortable seats in the business – now that’s how movies are meant to be watched! The 15-screen multiplex, located on Level 1 of the mall, is home to Xtreme - Middle East’s biggest cinema screen equipped with state-of-the-art laser projection and DOLBY ATMOS sound.
In addition to Xtreme, our new location will also have seven ultra-premium Platinum screens and seven luxurious Silver screens.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. All tickets sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if you do not collect your tickets or turn up for the movie.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the cinema premises or the cinema halls.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the cinema halls. The cinema reserves the right to do random checks of all bags at the hall entrance.
- All recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the cinema halls.
- Guests under 18 years are only allowed at Roxy Platinum screens for shows starting no later than 6pm. After that, entry to Roxy Platinum will be restricted based on the movie ratings.
- Roxy Cinemas strictly adheres to the film-rating regulations of the UAE and reserves the right to refuse admission if proof of age cannot be provided.
